Refund and Return Policy

At GardaPack®, we take pride in the quality of our vacuum sealing solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policies below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

Eligibility Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Unused & Original Condition: The product must show no signs of use or wear.
• Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and inserts must be included.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy:

• Mishandled Equipment: Vacuum seal machines that have been damaged due to user error or improper handling.
• Custom Orders: Any personalized or custom-manufactured items.
• Consumables: Vacuum sealer bags and rolls, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon initial receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made the return process straightforward:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@gardapack.com or call 1 (833) 464-2732.
2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
3. Receive Your RMA: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience significant processing delays.

3. Return Shipping

• Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a GardaPack® error (e.g., the wrong item was sent or the product arrived defective).
• Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GardaPack® is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: At our discretion, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or those missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a defect or an incorrect shipment.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same model:

1. Notify us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Follow the standard Return Process to send the defective unit back.
3. Once received and verified, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
• To expedite the process, please provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 Hours: If the order has already entered our shipping process, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return, and original/return shipping costs will apply.
